Chinese Jade

I'm back with an Adventures in Stamping Challenge!
This is a weekly Sunday challenge, but sometimes I don't get a chance to do them for one reason or another.
But hey, let's not get caught up in all THAT, cuz this week I did it!
So the challenge was something along the lines of just make sure you use 2 different stamps.
So I used like...6.

I went with a 'Chinese Jade' theme. The base is Essence Viva La Green - I stamped over that with a grass design in China Glaze Passion from the new set of BM plates. Then I stamped over all the fingers with various asian themed plates using Kleancolor Metallic Black.

So here we've got some Lotus' on the pinky, Koi/Carp on the ring and thumb and some Mums and Lotus's on the index and middle!

Some up-close action!

Here's where you can really see the gold sparkle underneath!

Hope you enjoyed!!

  13. I'm glad to have stumbled upon your blog. I simply adore this mani! I have BM and Mash plates but after spending a bit of time with the 'googles' (I despise George W. but still find that amusing. Sorry!), I got nothin'. PLEASE! I beg you! Have pity on my caffeine and sleep deprived as* and tell me what company makes and/or where to purchase plate A48. It would be greatly appreciated as I love koi ponds more than a woman should likely admit. ;)

    1. Welcome to my blog!!! I'm so glad to have you!
Let me tell you, dont be ashamed to love Koi Ponds!
With that said, I don't know who makes A48 - its some random fauxnad, but all I did was search ebay for A48 and it came up (you have to dig through health and beauty and then sub categories til you get down to nail business) - at publishing time this link brings up two listings for it:
      http://www.ebay.com/sch/Nail-Art-/45205/i.html?_sac=1&_nkw=a48

      good luck!!

  14. You. Seriously. Rock.

Thank you so much for the lead. It's greatly appreciated. :) It's rare that I see something that I absolutely must have but, the koi plate, yeah... It's a gorram necessity! ;)

Searching eBay in the way you suggested (of course) makes the most sense. lol

    Thanks, again!
