Gold Swatches - China Glaze

Hey guys and gals!
Today I'm continuing on with my China Glaze and Kleancolor swatch-a-thon!
Bringing you a few gold swatches from China Glaze:

First Up - China Glaze Blonde Bombshell

This was 2 coats of Blonde Bombshell over 1 coat of Ultamate Holiday with no top coat. Its not a hungry glitter though, 1 coat of TC should work for you. Its a shimmery gold base with larger silver glitter. The holo particles you see are from Ultamate Holiday.

Next Up - Champagne Bubbles

Also 2 coats with no top coat! Sorry for the 2nd pic being so washed out, its a good indication of the finish, not the color accuracy! This is a pale gold infused with silver and some smallish gold glitters.

And lastly we have Ultamate Holiday:

This is ONE coat! Plus one coat of Top Coat. This is a minimally hungry glitter, 2 coats of TC would be ideal, or one thick one like Seche Vite.
Hands down Ultamate Holiday (an Ulta holiday exclusive polish from 2011) is one of my favorite gold polishes. Its got a gorgeous scattered holo glitter in it and its super opaque and sparkly. It reminds me alot of Milani 3D but it has a way better color payoff.

  1. Ooh! I have Ultamate Holiday but haven't used it yet. Not a huge fan of gold but it's so purdy!
