For my Blue challenge, which is to use OLD and TRIED polishes - I used a new and an old.
The dark blue is a new polish by Nicole by OPI called This Blue is So You, and the lighter brighter blue is a no name polish by a brand called Designers Choice.
Just a simple taped explosion style mani - these are always pretty easy and whimsical. Then I just added some matte top coat to make it a little different.
