This manicure has SUCH a history...
For one, I wasn't even going to post today, thought I'd take the day off.
But then I realized it was Earth Day and I had a mani in the vault that was perfect!
But maybe not so perfect...after editing the pics and writing up the post I just had this itch, like something telling me this post is not good Missy, don't post that garbage for the world to see.
So I pondered on it for about an hour and decided to not only scrap that post but to do a whole new mani in honor of Earth Day instead of as an afterthought - so here it is!

My base here is Reclaim by Nubar. Gorgeous holo green. 2 coats.
Now, before you say anything - I KNOW I said last week that I would use Illamasqua Viridian for Teal Tuesday - but then yesterday I got a swap package from my lovely friend Debbie and she had included one of my coveted wishlist items, Nubar Stylish Peacock. So after swatching it on my boyfriend and seeing how amazingly it applied, I simply HAD to use it.
SO thats the base, then I stamped with Konad White and Sally Hansen Rapid Red.
Tada!

Essie isn't a brand I run to, it is nice, I just find myself drawn to brands with more bright things going on. I don't have issues with any of the Essie's I own (Ok, actually yes I do, I hate Cool Lots) - just need to bulk this collection up some in the future I think!

Nubar/Nails Inc time! Nubar is a brand I don't have many of, but I sure do love the ones I have. I am slowly trying to expand my collection of Nubar polishes...they are awesome. Also Nails Inc. I'm hoping to get some more of these pretties soon as well!

9 Orly's. Do you ever count your polishes and think for sure you had more? I know I don't, but when I think of Orly, I thought for sure I had 15 or so!
Le Chateau, Fowl Play, Stone Cold, Hot Shot, Au Champagne, You're Blushing, Luxe, Shining Star and Shine On Crazy Diamond. I've since added 3 more Orly's to this lineup. So thats 12!
And last but not least, is my ever growing stash of Sinful Colors!
I am not a nose turner upper at drugstore polish, if I was I would be cutting myself short missing out on these. Sinful Colors has some really awesome polishes.

I found Kleancolor at a local Beauty Supply! The selection sucks, but they do have a bunch of colors I don't own, so I guess it's still a win!
Deborah Lippmans in Yellow Brick Road and Sweet Dreams - two huge lemmings marked off!
Nails Inc Portobello and Illamasqua Jo'Mina - two awesome finds at my Sephora who doesn't carry either of these polishes normally!
Sephora+Pantone Tangerine Tango Set, it comes with a creme, shimmer, matte and glitter!
China Glaze Zombie Zest!
American Apparel Polishes in Meteor Shower, Smoke Dazzle and Macarthur Park. Man I love these, but they took over 10 days to ship! Boo.

Bottle shot! SC Grecian Sun, WnW Blue Wants to be a Millionaire, Nubar Reclaim and SC Unicorn.
Grecian Sun as base, WnW Blue over top for a sparkly sky. Nubar Reclaim brushed on tips with a fan brush to give a grassy illusion and stamped/dotted with Unicorn.
Yeah, pretty much a total fail, but I've just been too busy to re-do it! Boo!
