CrowsToes - Boat Drinks
CrowsToes - One Trick Pony
CrowsToes - Chess!...You Dog!
CrowsToes - Storms Never Last
First up is Boat Drinks - A clear base glitter top coat with tons of awesome circle glitters in sage green and lavender. It's a very unique color mix and is full of holographic mini glitters as well!
I've shown 1 coat of Boat Drinks over Catrice Petrolpolitan. As with the formula I have come to love with the 15 or more Crows I own, this was fabulous and thick and didn't need glitter fishing.
This screams summer champagne drinks on a yacht to me. The name is SO apropos.
Here is a matte shot of Boat Drinks so you can truly see the glory of the glittah.
Chess!...You Dog! I love the polish! A blue jelly base that could be worn alone but its pretty sheer. Full of blue circles, black shreds and bunch of awesome in between things as well. I can't even describe it. Its like space debris!!
This is one coat of Chess over Sinful Colors Slick, a very vivid blue leaning purple.
Again - fab formula and no glitter fishing. These polishes are thick and are better suited to a dabbing method but it is definitely worth it!
Matte - so so awesome. I love the small cyan colored glitters in this a TON!
One Trick Pony - I remember when Lauri announced this collection I laughed so hard at her description of this one: A purple/green multi chrome holo *looks around* OK., ummm., is there anyone who hasn't made one of these yet? Raise your hand…
While that may be true, I don't actually OWN any polishes like this...maybe there are so many and thats why I was just never able to choose one?
I layered one coat of One Trick Pony over a black creme. It is a gorgeous color shifting blackish/charcoal holo polish and it packs a punch! Getting holo to show under my indoor light is quite an effort, this was not!
See that holo? So awesome!! And its obviously much better in person/sunlight!
I couldn't belive the gorgeous coverage I got from this on just one coat!
Storms Never Last - My favorite of the bunch here - a stunning purple jelly with multichrome shifts and multi shifting glitters!
This is like a girly galaxy! It's purple pink and blue stars in the night sky!!! One coat over black shown here.
Those teal glitters! OMGDUDE.
I mean really...do you see what I see? This stole my heart!

CrowsToes - Tequila Sunrise
CrowsToes - L'il Miss Sunshine
CrowsToes - Season of the Witch
Born Pretty Store - Butterfly/Bow Rhinestones (Color #2)
First up I have the manicure I showed you HERE, featuring L'il Miss Sunshine and Season of the Witch. But instead of the gold studs I had on it, this one has some teal square rhinestones and then I added the big mommas! Those two teal rhinestone bows are from Born Pretty Store, available HERE for $2.98 for 10 pieces. Stick around to the end for a discount code if you are interested in purchasing these.
Though these are on the BPS site as "butterflies", they look alot more like bows to me. They come in a bunch of colors, but of course I had to rock the teal! They are big and they are flat for easy affixing to your nail. They make quite a statement!
I just used top coat to adhere them and they stayed on for quite awhile (which in my world, is like 8 hours). With all of the current trends in 3d nail art, these are really fun and right on trend!
Next up is Tequila Sunrise!
A gorgeous barbie pink type shade with a TON of golden yellow shimmer. This has no intention of hiding out, either!
Formula on this was FANTASTIC. Here I show you 2 coats plus top coat.
See what I mean about that shimmer? It's banging down your door, for sure!
This was definitely one of my favorites of the CrowsToes SpringTHIS collection!
Make sure and check out all of my reviews on them HERE.

CrowsToes Team Up! L'il Miss Sunshine meets The Witch!

CrowsToes - L'il Miss Sunshine
CrowsToes - Season of the Witch
L'il Miss Sunshine is the glass flecked sister to L'il Miss Cyanide. She is definitely my favorite of the two, if I HAD to play favorites, that is!
L'il Miss Sunshine is a lavender/violet base with color shifting flakies that roam between green/blue/yellow. It is quite a site to behold!
Season of the Witch seems like the odd man out in this collection but once you get it on your nail you can see it really isn't. It's the darkest of the bunch but its right in line with alot of the glass flecked finishes in this collection. It's a murky dark green with purple/orange/green color shifts.
Macrotime! Hot stuff!
I used these as a pairing in a little nail art that kind of reminds me of the Gatsby-esque mani's floating around right now. Two nails are V style and 2 nails gradients using both polishes.
After everything was dry I added some matte gold studs I picked up from Michaels and finished with some Butter London Quick Dry Top Coat!
Both of these polishes were easy to work with, 2 coats on each one. Good, good polish. The kind you wish they all could be like...like California girls! Oh my god that makes me feel old to quote a Beach Boys song!

CrowsToes - Green Thumb of Doom
Pretty lady! This polish is a sort of dark mint green with a ton of glass flecky shimmer particles that sparkle yellow, green and blue. It's got a lot going on for what appears to be a seemingly innocent green polish!
See? Lookie the macro! It doesn't lie!
On the nail this is Green Thumb of Doom at 3 coats and NO top coat!
I don't normally do swatches without top coat but I thought it was worth mentioning (and showing) that the polishes in this collection that have this finish (Green Thumb of Doom, Season of the Witch and L'il Miss Sunshine) all dry with a super smooth finish and a shine just short of a top coat shine.
Have you seen the glorious bits of yellow flakiness that shimmer through this?! I sure hope so, it was glorious in person!
Formula on this was divine, it was a 3 coater where most of the Crows I have swatched have been two, but none of these are thick so 3 is nothing to scoff at. Another winner!
