Hey guys!!!

Sorry no post yesterday....the rain came down and my head broke loose, so I spent the day not being online more or less. I swear it's only been in the last 2 or 3 years my brain cannot stand any change in weather or pressure!

So in appreciation of the rain - I have a blue blue blue swatch for you you you!!

So today I'm showing you Cu Blue by Girly Bits! It's a STUNNING cobalt blue jelly with copper microglitters. Shown here at 3 coats, no top coat.

Despite the deep color of this polish, it does apply a little sheer/patchy. I think in the future I would layer it over a similar blue.

So I love this polish. Like SO SO SO SO much.

Especially matte.

I am quite addicted in the past year or so to deep blues with silver and copper glitters/shimmers. They remind me of galaxies, and deep dark sea water...which is kind of strange because I hate the ocean.

Regardless, if you like off the wall blue polishes I would highly recommend this one!

So - here we are at the final day of Indie Month. I've managed to get through every untried Indie in my stash, as well as re-visit a couple of favorites. I've saved what I think is the best mani for last - everything about it just came together so wonderfully. Of course, when I look back on the month I will have to choose a favorite, but as of today, it may be this one.

We have a trio on our hands today, literally. Revlon Smoky Canvas, which I got for a score at Walgreens a couple weeks ago (like $1.25 score!), Cosmetic Arts I Blue It Up and Girly Bits Eight Crazy Nights.

The macro of Eight Crazy Nights is PACKED with silver, holographic and multiple shades of blue glitter in mostly hex, but also some squares and a few diamonds.

OMG I die at how much I love this polish over this awesome dirty mushroom that is Smoky Canvas. I also adore how it pairs with the blue in I Blue It Up. I tried a few color combos before I finally felt comfortable settling on this one.

Formula on Eight Crazy Nights was awesome. This is 2 light coats - and check out that groovy holo diamond there!

Here is a matte version in macro - tiny micro glitters!!

Obviously, tape mani on the ring and thumb and I also used a bronze stud from a container I bought of them from Michaels. Butter London matte top coat over these last 2 pics.

So I have 2 Girly Bits polishes and it's clear I need some more of them. They apply awesome and are made by a super nice lady named Pam. Pam's always make the best polishes I swear.

This polish has SUCH a cool name. When I started blogging again, I was seeing this polish all over the place, I couldn't even have enough napkins nearby to catch all of my drool.
gross. sorry.
Anyway - sorry Im late posting this, I was busy yesterday with a serious marathon of nail art and I didn't get a chance to edit/write this post up til now.

So - this is Girly Bits - Fathomless. Enjoy!

I'm putting Fathomless over Sinful Colors Leap Flog today. Its a gorgeous dusty darkish sage green that came out last fall.

Fathomless - it's like the deepest depths of the ocean met the darkest parts of the night sky I swear. It's a deep green jelly base with holographic glitters that shift yellow, green, blue, gold and silver to my eyes. AKA - Amazing.

I applied 2 coats of Fathomless over Leap Flog. I've definitely seen Fathomless look greener in swatches than it does here, because I'm fairly certain Leap Flog dusted it up a bit and toned down its brightness. Personally, I love it that way though.

This polish is not at all gritty, you don't need any fancy topcoats to finish it, it actually dries pretty glossy without them because of the jellyness. But I did use one coat of Out the Door over this manicure.
